I've just seen the show unit, its spacious... the developer has given 2 X 2 tiles and the main bathroom, the tiles are right up to the ceiling. The window panes given will be of a better material than the ordinary aluminium like Ivory Residence.It's bronze in color. The built up has also emphasized on more sunlight coming into the rooms which i personally like.
How much you say for all that? you only need to pay a booking free of RM1000 and proceed to apply for a home loan. and the downpayment will be only 1% if you manage to secure a bank loan of 90%.
The panel of banks so far would be Public Bank, Ambank, RHB bank, Alliance Bank, and even Al-Rajhi. They all each have a quota so one of the perks of getting a unit early is that you can choose your bank.
You can be rest assured of the neighbourhood being the up class market as the area is located in Mutiara Heights which is a highland that consists of lush greenery.The Ameera Residence will be side by side the Mutiara Villa housing so therefore, the view will be awesome. See it to believe it as they have already started the landscaping work. This is something similar to SP Setia's Eco concept. Why pay premium price when you can have premium product for a lot lesser.

On top of that, kajang also currently has the KTM running and in future, there will be 2 stations of MRT in Kajang itself. Be prepared to see your property price go up which it already has since the announcement of the MRT project.
If you still feel that Kajang is too far from KL, think again, during rush hour, i can still reach home within an hour's journey, without jam i can reach KL within 30 minutes, It's not far at all. I recently moved to Kajang from Selayang and believe me the traffic there is horrible compared to Kajang. For this project there are many exits that you can get to KL thru Cheras or the Seremban highway or Besraya highway to which suits your needs and of course less traffic.
